I was up early to photograph the sunrise in Montauk, NY.
On the north side of the southern fork, on the far eastern point
of Long Island, I set up my camera to photograph a glorious sunrise.
After a parade of fishing boats, chugged through the channel, as the
sun was rising, heading out to sea, I caught this one lonely working
boat, slowly heading home after a long night on the water,
and thought it would make a nice painting.
